If you have just placed your  order please wait 1-7 days as products are handmade and made on order, so it may take some time to ship. An email will find you as soon as we ship your order, if you have not received any email after 7 days of placing your order please contact us at contact@nablanca.com with your order details. we will get back to you within 48 hours.

You have 24 hours to change your order as all items are handmade and are made on order so if you want to cancel or change your order please do so within 24 hours. if its been more than 24 hours please contact us and we will try our best to do what is possible at the time.

As all items are handmade and made on order, shipping may take from 1-7 days.

We accept all cards, UPI and net banking payment methods.

Every product is handmade and made on order so different items have different terms of returns. Please read the description carefully on product page to know more if the product is accepted as return or not.

Currently returns are not free. You will have to bear the return delivery charges. we are always working to improve user experience and will soon allow free returns.
